After successfully establishing our personal injury services throughout the north east, Claims Advice Bureau are undergoing expansion and require additional staff to join our network of regional Injury Consultants.
The following recruitment vacancies are currently available:

Injury Claims Consultant - commission only (self employed)
Salary: Excellent commission structure to be discussed after your application
Location: Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Sunderland, Newcastle

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in an expanding and fast moving industry.
You should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and be flexible and efficient towards managing your own time. You should be comfortable representing the company and collecting information.
You will be working directly with clients who have suffered a personal injury such as a road traffic accident or an injury at work. You will take instructions, complete forms and other relevant paperwork. It will be key in your role to keep our clients informed of the process from their initial enquiry through to the acceptance of their case by our panel of solicitors. You may also be required to collect evidence, this may include taking photographs, drawing a plan of where an accident took place or taking measurements of a pothole in a pavement.
You will work independently but will keep in regular contact with your regional manager.
Successful candidates will be required to source their own leads by building relationships with potential referrers such as physiotherapists, auto-body shops, insurance brokers or through advertising. You will also be able to work in venues such as shopping centres and markets, using our promotional stands to maximise your referrals and generate commission.
Good local knowledge, professionalism & confidentiality are essential qualities for this role.
Some experience or knowledge of personal injury claims is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. All leads must be generated in accordance with Ministry of Justice guidelines - this will discussed as part of the consultant recruitment process.
